1) Right to Cancel

Effects of Cancellation:

If eligible for cancellation, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from when we are informed of your decision to cancel. Reimbursements will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

2) Refunds for Non-Working Licenses or Issues

Refunds will be issued only if we are unable to provide a replacement or resolve the issue within a reasonable time. The following scenarios qualify for a refund:
